This is done using the "Personal information" tab and the "Brand and identity" tab and "Knowledge Base".


Check your personal information:
At the bottom left of your screen, click on your photo (or your initials if you didn't upload a photo when creating your account).
Then click on "Personal information".
The fields you filled in when creating your account are repeated here (your first and last name, your job title, your contact details, and your photo).
You can add any items you didn't include when creating the account or modify them if you wish.
If needed, an option allows you to use a different email address to be contacted.
Create the brand identity:
The brand identity allows you to create proposals that match your branding and makes your proposals unique.
Click the "Brand and identity" icon located on the sidebar of your screen.

The customization screen is split into 2 parts so you can see a live preview of the changes you make.
You can add:
- The company logo
- Links to the website and social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- 2 colors: a background color, a primary color, and a secondary color, selected using the palette or by entering the desired hex codes.

- 2 fonts: one for titles and one for body text, which you can select from the drop-down menu or by using the search bar.

You can choose the level of rounding used for tables, cards, and frames:
- Sharp: corners are right-angled.
- Soft: corners are slightly rounded.
- Rounded: corners are rounded.

You can define the spacing level between elements (especially when multiple elements are aligned horizontally). You have the choice between 3 spacing levels, from widest to tightest.
Once these elements are set, save. Your identity is ready to be applied to your future proposals.
3. Create your Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base is one of the pillars of your account. It allows Cuevr's AI to precisely understand who you are, what you sell, and what sets you apart — in order to build strategic proposals.
Click on the "Knowledge Base" icon located on the sidebar of your screen.

Step A: Feed Cuevr's intelligence
To help the AI learn about you, click on the "Enrich via files / website" button in the top right corner:

- Enter your company name.
- Website: Enter your website URL and click "Extract content".

- Documents: Click on the "Files" tab to import your reference documents (PDF, Word, etc.): proposals, presentation decks, pricing grids... then click "Upload".

The AI will then analyze your sources to feed three essential pillars:
- Identity: Your "Who we are", your value proposition and your differentiating factors.
- Offers: The details of your services, your methodologies and your delivery processes.
- Proof: Your client references, testimonials, certifications and concrete results.
Step B: Analyze and validate the knowledgeOnce your documents are uploaded, the AI processes your data and checks whether it has all the keys to understand your business.
- If everything is clear and no information is missing: No recommendations are displayed, the AI is ready.

- If some details are missing: "Recommendations" appear to refine the AI's understanding.

Step C: Complete the missing informationIf the AI needs additional details, you can:
- Answer point by point: Click on "Answer" under a recommendation, enter the information and click "Send".


- Answer everything at once: Click on "Answer all" at the bottom of the page to fill in all missing information.
