Find the proposal
You can access all your proposals by clicking the icon located in the left sidebar.

The proposals are grouped by client.By clicking on the proposal, you get a more detailed view of this client's proposals. For each proposal, several pieces of information are displayed:
- The qualification score
- The sales proposal score
- The last open date of the proposal
- The status of the proposal

Manage the status
Several statuses exist for tracking your proposals:
- Qualification
- Proposal
- Closing
- Won
- Lost
To change the status, go into the proposal and choose the status from the drop-down menu in the top bar.

Proposal options
To access the proposal options, click on the 3 dots located in the top right corner of the proposal.From this menu, you have the option to:
- Rename: a window appears to change the name of the proposal

- Move: This option allows you to move the proposal to a new client.To an existing client: type the first few letters of the new client, and it will appear in the list. Select it.To a new client: type the name of the new client and click the "+ Create a new client: [New client]" button.

- Duplicate: This option allows you to create an identical new proposal.
A window opens and allows you to choose where to save this new proposal (for this same client or for another client).
- Share: A window opens allowing you to publish the proposal and manage the sharing mode.
This window is identical to the one seen in the previous step within the proposal (using the share button).
- Archive: If your sales process is finished, you can archive this proposal so that it no longer appears in your proposals. This allows you to view only active proposals in your proposals space.
- Delete: You have the option to delete proposals.
