Interactive proposals

A web proposal, not a PDF.

Your prospect reads the proposal on a web page, on desktop or phone, always in the latest published version. Invited by email, each decision-maker gets their own link and can accept in the same place.

What is an interactive proposal?

Definition

Interactive proposal

An interactive proposal is a sales proposal the client reads on a web page, from a link, rather than in a file attached to an email. It adapts to the screen, updates without resending a document and can be accepted online. In Cuevr, you choose who can open it, each invitee gets their own named link, and you see who reads it.

A proposal to read, not to download.

You publish a version, choose who reads it, and all your decision-makers read the same proposal, all the way to the agreement.

  1. A clear page, section by section

Between meetings, in a taxi, on the phone at night: a decision-maker reads when they can. Cuevr presents the proposal as a web page, section by section, with your images, your videos and a quote calculated the same way as in the editor. And it can be accepted right where it’s read.

  2. Every decision-maker, invited by name

In a deal with several people, a link that circulates without a name tells you nothing. Invited by email, each decision-maker gets a link in their name, on your brand, and a code sent to their address protects access: a forwarded link isn’t enough. You allow resharing or not, and you can revoke an invitee whenever you want.

  3. A frozen version, a stable link

“Which version are you talking about?” With Cuevr, the question never comes up: publishing freezes the version your prospect reads, behind a link and a code that don’t change. A proposal stays private until you open it: by invitation, with a password or through a public link. You review everything beforehand in the preview.

  4. Up to date, without resending a file

Spotted a typo after sending? You republish the current version on the same link: your readers see the latest published version, with no file to resend. To cut off access, you unpublish: the link is closed and the history stays. A signed proposal can’t be republished while the acceptance is active.

  5. Read, then accepted, in the same place

Cuevr shows you who read, for how long and which sections; the judgment stays yours. And when your prospect is ready, they accept in the page they’re reading, with a simple electronic signature (SES), legally binding, and the accepted version is locked together with its evidence file.

From the editor to the prospect’s link.

  1. Click Share

You review the preview the way your prospect will read it: cover, content, price, recipient.

  2. Choose the access

Named readers means invitation. A password or a public link are still possible, if the deal calls for it.

  3. Publish and invite

The version is frozen behind a stable link; each invitee receives their own link in their name, on your brand.

  4. Your prospect reads

On desktop or phone, section by section; if you allow it, they pass it on to the other decision-makers.

  5. Update, get it signed

A correction is republished on the same link; your prospect accepts the proposal where they read it.

Frequently asked questions

Web proposal or PDF: what’s the difference?

With Cuevr, your prospect opens a link rather than an attachment, and that’s where everything changes: they read a page adapted to their screen, section by section, always in the latest published version, and accept in the same place. You choose who gets access, you see who reads it, and a correction doesn’t require resending anything. A PDF is still possible, through the browser’s print function.

How do I send a proposal online?

You share from Cuevr: a preview to review everything, invite-only access, your decision-makers’ addresses, then publication. Each one receives their named link by email, on your brand, in French, English or Spanish depending on the proposal’s language, and enters a six-digit code sent to the invited address to open it.

Can the prospect read the proposal on their phone?

Yes, the published proposal adapts to the screen: your prospect reads it on desktop or phone and moves from one section to the next. The actions you’ve allowed, such as accepting or declining, are on the same page.

Can the prospect pass the proposal on to other decision-makers?

Yes, if you allow it. With invite-only access and resharing turned on, an invited reader adds a colleague’s address, and the colleague in turn receives a link in their name, and you see each reader’s reshares. Without resharing, a forwarded link isn’t enough: the code sent to the invited address is required. With a public link, anyone who receives it can read; if their address isn’t known, they appear as an anonymous visitor.

What does the prospect see if I change the proposal after sending it?

They read the latest published version, on the same link. As long as you don’t republish, they read the version frozen at publication; republishing adds a new version to the same link, and the tracking shown then refers to that one. A signed proposal can’t be republished while the acceptance is active.

Can I withdraw access to a proposal I’ve already sent?

Yes. You unpublish, then remove to confirm: access to the link is cut off and the recorded history is kept, and you can put the same link back online whenever you want. With invite-only access, you can also revoke a single invitee’s link.

Can the prospect accept the proposal online?

Yes. They accept in the page they’re reading: they enter their details, accept the consent and confirm their email with a code, unless their invitation has just proven their address. It’s a simple electronic signature (SES), legally binding; the accepted version is locked together with its evidence file. They can also decline, with an optional reason.

Can I still send the proposal as a PDF?

Yes, through the browser’s print function: Cuevr opens a read-only copy that you save as a PDF. Review the result before sending it. Reading tracking and acceptance go through the version published online, and the printed PDF carries no signature: the proof of an acceptance stays in Cuevr.

Publish a real proposal during the trial, invite your decision-makers and see who reads it.
