Cuevr or Qwilr: which one should you choose for your sales proposals?

Qwilr turns the proposal into an interactive web page, with quotes that have options, online payment and a connected CRM. Cuevr takes the deal from qualification to signature: it qualifies, writes with Cuevr AI, scores the proposal before sending and tracks every reader. Here is where each one is best, with dated sources.

The verdict

Choose based on how you sell.

Choose Qwilr if…

The web proposal that gets accepted and paid

  • You want to collect payment on acceptance: full payment, deposit or subscription, via Stripe.
  • Your quote is configurable: options, plan cards, quantities chosen by the client.
  • Your team lives in HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho, and you want views and acceptances to flow back there through a native connector.
  • Several people build each proposal, with internal comments.

Less suited if

your team works in a language other than English (the Qwilr app is in English only); you want generation from the deal without taking the Scale plan (10 seats minimum, annual), or you answer RFPs and tenders.

Choose Cuevr if…

The proposal that gets signed

  • You want to qualify the deal before writing, and know what is missing from discovery.
  • You want Cuevr AI to write from the qualification, your knowledge base and specialized agents designed on the best sales methods.
  • You want to know before sending whether the proposal convinces, then who reads it, section by section.
  • You also answer RFPs and tenders, public and private.

Less suited if

You want to collect payment in the proposal or price from a product catalog; you need a native CRM connector (Cuevr connects through its API and webhooks) or comments in the proposal.

If you remember one thing

Qwilr gets the proposal accepted and paid on the page; Cuevr scores the proposal and suggests its fixes before sending.

In short

Definition

Quick answer

Qwilr is the right choice for a proposal as a web page that the client configures, accepts and pays, natively connected to your CRM. Cuevr is the right choice to get proposals written for each client signed: it qualifies the deal, writes with Cuevr AI, scores the proposal before sending, tracks every reader and gets it signed; it also answers RFPs and tenders. Both publish the proposal as a web page with your branding.

What Qwilr does really well

Qwilr is a mature proposal tool. It turned the proposal into a web page the client interacts with, and connects it to the rest of the sales cycle: quote, payment, CRM.

  • The interactive page

Blocks, embedded content, quote block as a table or plan cards, options, quantities chosen by the client, discounts and taxes displayed. [10]

  • Collect payment on acceptance

QwilrPay, built on Stripe, collects a full payment, a fixed or percentage deposit, or a recurring subscription; 0.09% fee per transaction in Starter, none above it (Stripe fees on top). [1] [13] [14]

  • The CRM both ways

Pages created from HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho from Starter, Dynamics in Growth, Salesforce in Scale; views and acceptances logged by default in the HubSpot deal timeline, with the audit trail PDF; automations that move the deal to the chosen stage (Growth, Scale). [1] [15]

  • Building as a team

Several members on the same page, one editor per block so nothing gets overwritten, internal comments with mentions, read or edit rights per page and per folder. [7] [8] [9]

  • Generation from the deal, in Scale

The Smart Proposal Engine reads the deal in Zoho, Pipedrive or Salesforce (HubSpot is announced, not yet available) and picks sections, prices and messages through conditional content; AI Prefill (Google Gemini) fills the fields from notes, transcripts, emails or Gong calls, with the team’s brand voice and sales playbook. [2] [3] [4]

  • Finely controlled access

Password, expiry date, view limit; in Growth and Scale, reader email verification and domain restriction. [1] [20]

Three moments where they differ

Both tools publish a branded web page and track how it is read. The difference lies in the moment of the sale where each one puts its intelligence.

  1. Before sending: understand the deal

Qwilr starts from the proposal form. In Scale, the seller pastes meeting notes, a transcript or emails (up to 200,000 characters), or picks up to ten Gong calls; AI Prefill draws the field values from them, following a prompt written by the administrator, and an empty required field blocks creation. [2] [4] Cuevr starts from discovery. The qualification organizes the deal into four sections (context, needs, project, decision), imports notes, transcripts or dictation, resolves contradictions, then gives a score per section, the missing information and the script for the next meeting. Below your organization’s target score, Cuevr warns you before writing. Sales qualification →

  2. When writing: a proposal built for this client

In Scale, Qwilr assembles the proposal through rules (conditional content based on deal variables) and AI Prefill writes the text fields from the meeting. On every plan, its AI writing tools generate a draft, rephrase or expand a text; its AI page builder is in beta. [2] [5] [6] Before sending, the help center describes internal comments, not content analysis. [8] Cuevr AI writes from three sources: the deal qualification, the company’s knowledge base and specialized agents designed on the best sales methods. It suggests an outline linked to the qualification, writes the sections you keep, then Cuevr scores the proposal out of 100 (personalization, persuasion, professionalism) and anchors its recommendations in the text: “Accept” replaces the passage in one click. 3. After sending: who reads, when to follow up, how to sign

Qwilr measures time per block and per reader, and sends emails on view, on acceptance, when an acceptance form stays unfinished for more than an hour, or when a page’s engagement level changes; history ranges from 60 days (Starter) to unlimited (Scale). [1] [16] [17] [18] Cuevr tracks time per section and per reader, gives each reader a heat score and ranks twelve signals in the “To do today” dashboard (Never opened, Strong return, Signature opened…). At signing, Qwilr has the client sign on the page and produces an audit trail and a PDF of the agreement; its email verification applies to the reader, on opening (Growth, Scale), with no documented link to the signer. [20] [21] [22] Cuevr sends a six-digit code to the signer and links the evidence file to the signed version. Tracking → · E-signature →

On our grid

The eleven criteria of our comparison, scored 0, 1, 3 or 5 on the same levels for everyone; Qwilr is scored on its best published offer, the Scale plan. Qwilr does better than Cuevr on “Build the proposal as a team”, “Price and collect payment in the proposal” and “The deal connected to your CRM”; they are tied on four criteria; Cuevr does better on “Start from the client’s stakes”, “Know before sending whether it convinces”, “Get signed without friction or dispute” and “Answer RFPs and tenders”. Cuevr alone scores 5 on starting from the client’s stakes, reviewing before sending and answering RFPs and tenders.

How we score: the grid measures what a tool brings a sales team to sign more deals with its proposals, not its compliance or its price. Each criterion is scored from observable facts, written down before scoring, the same for Qwilr and for Cuevr.

No asterisk here: the Qwilr features we score are in its plans (Growth or Scale), not paid add-ons. Documents created beyond the plan’s quota are billed at $2.50 each.

« We won our first deal through Cuevr. The tool truly made the difference in helping us stand out from competitors who stayed surface-level. The format was a hit with the client too: "easy to pick up and share." »

Switching from Qwilr to Cuevr

  1. Set up your branding

When you sign up, Cuevr picks up your website’s logo and color; the brand studio sets fonts, cover and variants. Every proposal and every invitation goes out with your branding, with no layout work. Getting started: visual identity →

The proposal goes out online, each reader by name, e-signature included. If you collect deposits, keep your payment tool for that step. Getting started, chapter 9 →

Before you switch tools

Can Cuevr and Qwilr be used together?

Yes, but they overlap: each one publishes the proposal as a web page, tracks its reading and gets it signed. The pair makes sense if you sell standard offers to be paid online, which Qwilr collects on acceptance, and custom deals or RFPs, which Cuevr qualifies, writes, scores and gets signed.

Does Cuevr have e-signature?

Yes, included and unlimited: a simple electronic signature (SES), legally binding. The signer verifies their email with a six-digit code, and each acceptance creates an evidence file linked to the signed version. It is neither advanced nor qualified. In the European Union, it cannot be denied legal effect as evidence solely because it is electronic (eIDAS Regulation, Article 25); in the United States, the ESIGN Act also recognizes it.

Does Cuevr connect to HubSpot or Salesforce?

Not through a native connector, unlike Qwilr. Cuevr connects to your CRM through its API v1 and webhooks, for example from Make or n8n: a proposal is created from a deal, with no duplicate, and fourteen events (deep read, signature opened, signature, deal outcome…) can flow back into your CRM. The scenario is set up once.

Which languages is Cuevr available in?

French, English and Spanish, and the emails your prospect receives go out in these three languages, with your branding. Qwilr’s help center states that its app exists in English only; page content can be translated, except the Name and Email fields of the acceptance form.

What happens to my Qwilr pages?

They stay in Qwilr. Their best content (offer, method, case studies) goes into Cuevr’s knowledge base, which Cuevr AI uses to write each proposal, and your structures that work become templates shared with the team.

Where is my data hosted?

Cuevr is hosted in France. Data is kept in the European Union. Qwilr’s help center describes hosting on AWS without stating the region.

How much does Cuevr cost?

€49 excl. VAT per user per month billed annually, €69 excl. VAT billed monthly, one plan, every feature, from one seat. Trial: 14 days, no credit card (5 proposals created, 1 sent).

Method and sources

We compare the two tools on the moments of a proposal-led sale, including the rows where Qwilr does as well or better. Each row answers on the same scale for both tools, never a tick against a nuance, and each Qwilr feature carries the plan that includes it. The facts about Qwilr come from its pricing page and help center, read on October 13, 2026; a feature seen only in marketing is not included. The facts about Cuevr come from our offer and documentation. We make Cuevr. A vendor can report an error to us: we correct it within 5 business days.
