Criterion by criterion

The verdict

Choose based on how you sell.

Choose GetAccept if…

You sell in a shared room

  • Your deals involve several decision makers on the client side, and you want a shared space: mutual action plan, chat, video, comments.
  • You need an advanced signature through eID (BankID, MitID, FTN) or a qualified signature.
  • Your CRM has to update itself: HubSpot and Pipedrive included, Salesforce as an add-on.
  • You want to collect payment at signing (Stripe, Enterprise plan).

Less suited if

you have fewer than five sales reps or refuse a 12-month commitment; you answer RFPs and tenders.

Choose Cuevr if…

You want your proposals to get signed

  • Every proposal has to convince one specific client, and you want to qualify the deal before writing.
  • You want Cuevr AI to write from the qualification, your knowledge base and specialized agents designed on the best sales methods.
  • You want to know before sending whether the proposal convinces, and fix it in one click.
  • You also answer RFPs and tenders, public and private.

Less suited if

you need a native CRM connector (Cuevr connects through its API and webhooks), comments in the proposal, an advanced or qualified signature, or payment in the proposal.

If you remember one thing

GetAccept moves the deal forward in a room shared with the buyer; Cuevr scores and fixes the proposal before sending.

In short

Definition

Quick answer

GetAccept is the right choice to move complex sales forward in a room shared with the buyer, with a mutual action plan, chat, video and a signature that goes up to the advanced level through eID. Cuevr is the right choice to get proposals built for each client signed: it qualifies the deal, writes with Cuevr AI, scores the proposal before sending, tracks every reader and gets it signed; it also answers RFPs and tenders. The two can work side by side.

What GetAccept does really well

GetAccept is a digital sales room platform that covers the buyer’s journey up to the contract. For a team selling to large buying committees, it is a solid, consistent tool.

  • A complete sales room

(Professional plan): proposal, contracts, files, meetings, mutual action plan, chat and comments brought together for the seller and their buyers, with a draft mode to prepare the room internally. [2] [3]

  • An AI that starts from the meeting

(Professional plan): it draws on the company’s knowledge base, meeting transcripts and buyer data to create or reorganize whole pages of the room, suggest the mutual action plan and write the invitations. [4] [5]

  • Signature at several levels

Unlimited signatures on every plan, SMS code at signing, Nordic national eIDs, which count as an advanced signature according to the help center, and qualified signature as an add-on. [1] [6] [7] [8]

  • Video and chat from the first plan

, to personalize the send and answer the buyer’s questions. [1] [9]

  • Sales management

Dashboard with win rate, forecast sales, top sellers and documents with no activity for five days, reports by user and by team. [10] [11]

  • The CRM that keeps up

HubSpot and Pipedrive included in Professional, native Salesforce as an add-on; a signature or a room visit can change the deal stage in HubSpot. [1] [12]

Three moments where they differ

The difference is not a feature list: it is the moment of the sale where each tool puts its effort.

  1. Before sending: know what the client wants

GetAccept starts from the meeting: a transcript, imported or coming from a connected call recording tool, feeds the meeting summary, then the sales room (Professional plan). It does not structure discovery and does not say what is missing before writing; its AI leaves blanks to fill in where data is missing. [4] [13] Cuevr starts from the deal. The qualification organizes the client context, needs, project and decision process; Cuevr reads your notes, transcripts or dictation, points out missing information and prepares the script for the next meeting. Below your organization’s target score, it warns you before writing. You write about a deal you understand. Sales qualification →

    Cuevr
4-section framework, import of notes, transcripts and dictation, score, gaps, meeting scriptIncluded
  2. When writing: a proposal written for this client

GetAccept’s AI (Professional plan) creates room pages from the transcript, the knowledge base and buyer data. Its use is covered by a monthly allowance per user, which covers about a week of normal use according to the help center; beyond that, the paid “Unlimited AI content” add-on. Its inline AI editor is in open beta. Before sending, an internal approver can approve the document. [1] [4] [14] [15] [6] Cuevr AI writes from three sources: the deal qualification, the company’s knowledge base and specialized agents designed on the best sales methods. It suggests an outline linked to the client’s stakes and writes the sections you keep, within the allowance of 1,500 Cuevr AI credits per user per month, pooled; once the credits run out, manual editing continues. Then Cuevr scores the proposal out of 100 (personalization, persuasion, professionalism), highlights each weak passage and suggests its fix: “Accept” replaces it. The editor and Cuevr AI →

  3. After sending: know who reads, and when to follow up

Both tools keep the seller informed. GetAccept measures time per page and per recipient, identifies every new reader, gives each room participant an engagement score from 0 to 5 and puts documents with no activity for five days on the dashboard; it also follows up with the client automatically, by email, SMS or chat. [9] [10] [16] [17] Cuevr publishes the proposal as a web page with your branding, in a frozen version: each invited reader appears by name, with their reading section by section and their heat. The dashboard ranks the deals to handle (Never opened, Inactive, Strong return…), and the prospect signs on the page they are reading. Proposal tracking →

On our grid

The eleven criteria of our comparison, scored 0, 1, 3 or 5 on the same levels for everyone. GetAccept does better than Cuevr on “Price and collect payment in the proposal” and “The deal connected to your CRM”. They are tied on six criteria: “A complete proposal without starting from scratch”, “A beautiful, on-brand proposal”, “Build the proposal as a team”, “Know who reads and when to follow up”, “Get signed without friction or dispute” (5* against 5: the asterisk marks an extra cost, here the SMS) and “Lead the sales team”. Cuevr does better on “Start from the client’s stakes”, “Know before sending whether it convinces” and “Answer RFPs and tenders”.

How we score: the grid measures what a tool brings a sales team to sign more deals with its proposals, not its compliance or its price. Each criterion is scored from observable facts, written down before scoring, the same for GetAccept and for Cuevr.

« We won our first deal through Cuevr. The tool truly made the difference in helping us stand out from competitors who stayed surface-level. The format was a hit with the client too: "easy to pick up and share." »

Switching from GetAccept to Cuevr

  1. Set up your branding

Cuevr picks up your website’s logo and colors when you sign up; the brand studio sets fonts and the four variants. Your proposals and invitations go out with your branding. Getting started, visual identity →

  2. Fill the knowledge base

Let Cuevr read your website, then upload your offers, your method and your case studies, up to fifteen files. What you had put in GetAccept’s knowledge base becomes the material for Cuevr AI. Getting started, chapter 2

  3. Qualify your next deal

Import the note or transcript of your last meeting. Cuevr fills the four sections, points out what is missing and prepares the questions for the next meeting. Getting started, chapter 5

  4. Send, track, get it signed

The proposal goes out as a web page, each invited reader by name, e-signature included. If you keep GetAccept for signing, the “Without Cuevr e-signature” option points to your tool. Getting started, chapter 9

  5. Connect your CRM

Cuevr’s API and webhooks create a proposal from a deal and send back reads, signature and outcome, for example from Make or n8n. Getting started, integrations →

Before you switch tools

Can Cuevr and GetAccept be used together?

Yes. Cuevr takes the proposal, from qualification to signature. GetAccept can keep the contracts to be signed through eID or with a qualified signature: the “Without Cuevr e-signature” option replaces the proposal’s signature button with a link to your tool.

Does Cuevr have e-signature?

Yes, included and unlimited: a simple electronic signature (SES), legally binding. The signer verifies their email with a six-digit code, and each acceptance creates an evidence file linked to the signed version. It is neither advanced nor qualified. In the European Union, it cannot be denied legal effect as evidence solely because it is electronic (eIDAS Regulation, Article 25); in the United States, the ESIGN Act also recognizes it.

Does Cuevr have a sales room like GetAccept?

No. Cuevr publishes the proposal as a web page with your branding, with its sections, its invited readers and its signature. The reader can forward it to a colleague, who gets their own named link. There is no chat or mutual action plan.

What happens to my GetAccept content?

The copy that gets deals signed (offer, method, case studies) goes into Cuevr’s knowledge base, from your website or your files. Cuevr AI uses it to write each proposal, together with the deal qualification.

Where is my data hosted?

Cuevr is hosted in France. Data is kept in the European Union.

How much does Cuevr cost?

€49 excl. VAT per user per month billed annually, €69 excl. VAT billed monthly, one plan, every feature, from one seat. Cancel anytime, with no refund for the current period. Trial: 14 days, no credit card (5 proposals created, 1 sent).

Method and sources

We compare the two tools on the moments of a proposal-led sale, with the rows where GetAccept does as well or better. Each row answers on the same scale for both tools: never a tick against a nuance. The facts about GetAccept come from its pricing page, its help center and its data processing agreement, read on October 13, 2026; a feature seen only in marketing is not counted.
