Cuevr or Gamma: which one should you choose for your sales proposals?

Gamma very quickly creates a polished presentation or website from a prompt and your sources. Cuevr takes the proposal from the deal to the signature: it qualifies, writes with Cuevr AI, scores the proposal before sending, tracks every reader and gets it signed. Here is what each one does best, with dated sources.

The verdict

Choose based on what you send.

Choose Gamma if…

A beautiful presentation, very fast

  • You want to turn an idea, notes or a document into a polished presentation, document or website, without spending time on layout.
  • You also produce materials beyond proposals: pitch, meeting, training, a page published on your domain.
  • Your notes and data live in Notion, Slack or HubSpot, and you want the agent to read them.
  • It is enough for you to know, from the Pro plan, which slides hold attention.

Less suited if

you want to qualify the deal before writing, know before sending whether the proposal convinces, name every reader at the prospect’s company or get it signed.

Choose Cuevr if…

The proposal that gets signed, from deal to signature

  • Every proposal is written for one client and has to convince several decision makers.
  • You want to qualify the deal, then have Cuevr AI write from the qualification, your knowledge base and specialized agents designed on the best sales methods.
  • You want to know before sending whether it convinces, then who reads it, which section, and when to follow up.
  • You want it signed where it is read, and to answer RFPs and tenders too, public and private.

Less suited if

you mostly produce presentations and websites outside sales, or if you need a native CRM connector, comments in the proposal, a catalog or online payment.

If you remember one thing

Gamma creates the presentation from your prompt and your sources; Cuevr AI writes the proposal from the qualified deal.

In short

Definition

Quick answer

Gamma is the right choice to quickly get a visually polished presentation or website, from a prompt and your sources, then share it with a link. Cuevr is the right choice to get proposals written for each client signed: it qualifies the deal, writes with Cuevr AI, scores the proposal before sending, tracks every reader and gets it signed; it also answers RFPs and tenders. The two work well side by side: Gamma for the meeting deck, Cuevr for the proposal.

What Gamma does really well

Gamma is an AI creation tool: presentations, documents, websites and social content, generated then edited in the same place. For a visual deck to produce fast, it is an accomplished tool for that use.

  • Speed, with a real agent

In Plan mode, the agent asks a few questions (goal, audience, priorities), shows its outline, then writes, lays out and generates the images; Express goes straight to a first draft, Research searches the web first. An edit is requested in plain language [1].

  • Varied sources

Pasted notes, PPTX, DOCX or PDF files, web pages [16], and read-only connectors to Notion, Slack, Granola or HubSpot, read when you mention them [3]. Saved instructions apply to every generation [6].

  • Design

Brand themes (colors, fonts, logo, image style) saved in the workspace or imported from a PowerPoint; style changes without touching the content [15] [1].

  • Sharing

Link on every plan, password from Pro (documents only), websites on your domain, PDF, PNG and PowerPoint export [10] [11] [17].

  • View analytics, from Pro

Relative time and share of views per slide, unique visitors over 30 days [9]; first-view notification [10].

  • A free plan with no time limit

    , no card, with 400 AI credits [11] [14].

Three moments where they differ

The difference is not a feature list: it is the moment of the sale each tool takes care of.

  1. Before sending: know what the client wants

In Plan mode, Gamma’s agent asks its questions before building: your goal, your audience, what matters most [1]. It can read meeting notes, a transcript or the HubSpot deals you reference through a connector [3]. These questions serve the presentation: Gamma documents neither deal qualification nor a list of what is missing from discovery. Cuevr starts from the deal. The qualification structures the context, needs, project and decision process; Cuevr reads your notes, files and transcripts, shows where each piece of information comes from, flags what is missing and prepares the script for the next meeting. Below the organization’s target score, it warns you before writing.

    From the comparison table

    Start from the client’s stakes

    Gamma
Agent questions on goal and audience (Plan mode); notes, transcripts and HubSpot deals read when you mention them (connectors, plan not stated); no gaps flagged
    Cuevr
4-section framework, import of notes, transcripts and dictation, score, gaps, meeting scriptIncluded
  2. When writing: a proposal written for this client

Gamma’s agent is a general-purpose creation agent, for any type of material. It starts from your prompt and what you attach or mention (notes, files, web pages, web search, content read through connectors), suggests an outline, then writes, lays out and illustrates [1] [3]; your saved instructions set the tone and formatting rules [6]. It writes from your files and your tools, with no qualified deal or approved offer content: the sales context comes through your saved instructions and what you mention, and Gamma has neither an approved offer base nor deal qualification. Cuevr AI writes from three sources worked together: the deal qualification, the company’s knowledge base (Identity, Offer, Proof, maintained by the owner or an administrator) and specialized agents designed on the best sales methods. Cuevr AI suggests an outline linked to the client’s stakes, writes the sections you keep and asks you about what is missing; your answer flows back into the qualification. Before sending, Cuevr scores the proposal out of 100 (personalization, persuasion, professionalism) and places its recommendations in the text: one click applies them. Gamma documents no sales evaluation. A quality proposal used to take 2 hours; with Cuevr, under 15 minutes.

  3. After sending: know who reads, and get it signed

Gamma shares a link, password-protected from Pro [10]. Its analytics show, per slide, the relative time and share of views; only signed-in Gamma users appear by name, other readers are “Anonymous Viewer”, and published websites are not tracked [9]. Gamma flags the first view [10]; it documents neither follow-up alerts nor signature. Cuevr publishes the proposal as a web page with your branding: each invited reader appears by name, with their reading time section by section and their heat. The dashboard tells you which proposals need action today. The prospect signs where they read: they verify their email with a six-digit code, and acceptance creates an evidence file linked to the signed version. You follow up with a concrete reason.

On our grid

Gamma is not proposal software: we apply the same eleven criteria to it, scored 0, 1, 3 or 5, for the “proposal sent to a prospect” use, and show its profile, without an average. Gamma is tied with Cuevr on “A beautiful, on-brand proposal” (5 each), “Build the proposal as a team” and “The deal connected to your CRM” (3 each). Cuevr does better on the other eight criteria.

How we score: the grid measures what a tool brings a sales team to sign more deals with its proposals, not its compliance or its price. Each criterion is scored from observable facts, written down before scoring, the same for Gamma and for Cuevr. We score the best published offer, add-ons included.

Profile only: no average for tools that are not proposal software.

« We won our first deal through Cuevr. The tool truly made the difference in helping us stand out from competitors who stayed surface-level. The format was a hit with the client too: "easy to pick up and share." »

Before you switch tools

Can Cuevr and Gamma be used together?

Yes, they serve different moments. Gamma remains very good for the deck projected in a meeting, the pitch or a web page. Cuevr takes the sales proposal, from deal qualification to signature, with tracking of every reader.

Is Cuevr AI the same thing as Gamma’s agent?

No. Gamma’s agent creates any type of material from your prompt, your saved instructions and the sources you mention. Cuevr AI writes proposals from three sources worked together: the deal qualification, your company’s knowledge base and specialized agents designed on the best sales methods. Then Cuevr scores the proposal before sending and suggests its fixes in the text.

Does Cuevr have e-signature?

Yes, included and unlimited: a simple electronic signature (SES), legally binding. The signer verifies their email with a six-digit code, and each acceptance creates an evidence file linked to the signed version. It is neither advanced nor qualified. In the European Union, it cannot be denied legal effect as evidence solely because it is electronic (eIDAS Regulation, Article 25); in the United States, the ESIGN Act also recognizes it.

What happens to my Gamma presentations?

They stay in Gamma, which exports them as PDF or PowerPoint. The copy that works (offer, method, case studies) goes into Cuevr’s knowledge base; Cuevr AI uses it for every proposal. Your recurring structures become Cuevr templates, shared with the team after approval.

Where is my data hosted?

Cuevr is hosted in France. Data is kept in the European Union. Your customers’ data is not used to train the models.

How much does Cuevr cost?

€49 excl. VAT per user per month billed annually, €69 excl. VAT billed monthly, one plan, every feature, from one seat. Trial: 14 days, no credit card (5 proposals created, 1 sent).

Method and sources

We compare the two tools on the moments of a proposal-led sale, keeping the rows where Gamma does as well or better. Each row answers on the same scale for both tools: never a tick against a nuance. The facts about Gamma come from its help center, read on the date shown; a feature seen only in marketing does not count. Since Gamma is not proposal software, the grid shows its profile, without an average. The facts about Cuevr come from our offer and documentation. We make Cuevr. A vendor can report an error to us: we correct it within 5 business days.
