Definition
RFP response software helps a sales team prepare a bid that follows the buyer’s documents: it picks out the requirements, structures the response along the required outline and flags what is missing before submission. In Cuevr, it is a mode of the sales suite, included in the subscription: the response is written with Cuevr AI, in the same editor as your proposals.
The buyer’s framework, at every step.
The buyer’s documents set the rules. In Cuevr, they guide the outline, the writing and the check before submission.
The response framework, drawn from the documents
In a tender, the buyer has already written the rules: deadline, documents, required outline, criteria. Cuevr extracts them from the documents, imported as a file or pasted as text; you review each requirement and fix what it misread. You write on a verified framework.

The response framework in detailSupporting documentsAn outline that follows the buyer’s numbering
The evaluator looks for their own numbers in your response. Cuevr AI suggests an outline that reuses the buyer’s numbering, reminds you under each section what they ask for, then writes with the evidence from your knowledge base. The outline stays editable; it is only suggested once the documents are imported.

Excellent on substance, a response can still miss a requirement. Cuevr’s compliance gauge counts the requirements covered out of the total assessed. It stays separate from the commercial grade: a good grade does not make up for a missing requirement or document. If the framework changes, Cuevr asks for a new analysis.

Response frameworkEvery requirement, covered or to fix
The night before submission, you look for what is missing. Cuevr marks each requirement in the documents as covered or to fix, with its recommendations, and separately reminds you of the documents to provide outside the document. The checkboxes are a memory aid: they confirm neither that the documents are in the submitted response nor that they have been filed.

A mode of your sales suite, not another tool
A tender is a deal like any other. In Cuevr, it is a mode of your sales suite, included in the subscription: the response lives in the deal file, with the same qualification, the same knowledge base and the same analysis as your proposals. The owner or an administrator turns it on for the members concerned.

Frequently asked questions
Is Cuevr RFP response software?
Yes. Cuevr’s tender mode, included in the subscription, extracts the response framework from the buyer’s documents, suggests an outline with their numbering, has Cuevr AI write the sections and, before submission, counts the requirements covered. You prepare the response in the same suite as your proposals.
Does Cuevr handle public procurement?
Yes. Cuevr handles public procurement as well as private tenders: from the tender documents you import, it extracts the response framework, suggests an outline with their numbering, has Cuevr AI write the sections and checks every requirement before submission. Submitting on the buyer’s platform remains your step.
Which buyer documents can Cuevr read?
The instructions to bidders, the specifications or any other buyer document, imported as a file or pasted as text. Cuevr extracts the requirements: deadline, documents to provide, required outline, format, criteria and their weights. A document simply attached to the file is stored, without Cuevr extracting its requirements.
Does the compliance gauge predict the buyer’s score?
No: the buyer’s grade stays theirs. The gauge counts the requirements covered out of the total assessed; it is not a weighted grade that would replicate the buyer’s. It stays separate from the proposal’s commercial grade, and a good commercial grade does not make up for a missing requirement or document.
Can Cuevr misread the tender documents?
Yes, and it’s better to know before submission. Cuevr can misread a buyer’s documents, and the extraction can be incomplete. You review the response framework and fix it in the qualification; if the documents were wrongly taken for a tender, you leave the mode. Before submission, you check the gauge’s requirements against the original documents.
Does tender mode cost extra?
No, it is part of the Cuevr subscription. The owner or an administrator of the organization turns it on and authorizes the members who need it.
Does Cuevr submit the bid on the buyer’s platform?
No, submission stays with you. Cuevr prepares a response that follows the buyer’s framework and reminds you of the documents to provide outside the document; submitting the bid and its documents, wherever the buyer asks for them, is your last step.
How is Cuevr different from dedicated RFP software?
A tender is a deal like any other: Cuevr is not a dedicated response platform, it is a mode of your sales suite. The response is prepared in the deal file, with the same qualification, the same knowledge base, the same on-brand editor and the same analysis before sending as your proposals.
Your next response, within the buyer’s framework.
Prepare it in the same suite as your proposals: response framework, outline, writing by Cuevr AI, check before submission.
From the buyer’s documents to submission.
Import the documents
Everything starts from the buyer’s documents: the instructions to bidders or the specifications, as a file or pasted text.
Check the framework
The extracted requirements carry everything else: deadline, documents, required outline, format, criteria. What Cuevr misread, you fix before you write.
Approve the outline, have it written
The outline follows the buyer’s numbering; you adjust it, then Cuevr AI writes the sections you keep.
Check compliance
Requirements covered on one side, those to fix on the other: you fix, then you check again.
Submit your response
You invite the buyer by email, under your brand: each reader appears under their name. If the buyer requires a file, a PDF is exported through the browser’s print function.
