Templates and teams
Your best proposals, for the whole team.
A sales rep often rewrites their proposal on their own, when the team’s best one already exists. Cuevr turns it into a shared template once approved, in your brand, that each rep adapts to their client.

What is a shared proposal template?
Definition
A shared proposal template is a proposal or section that has already proven itself and that every sales rep in a company reuses: the structure and fixed content are in place, and instructions say what to adapt for each client. In Cuevr, sharing a template with the organization requires, by default, approval from an owner or an admin, and every proposal carries the company’s brand.
What works for one rep, the whole team reuses.
A good proposal shouldn’t stay in one rep’s folder. Cuevr turns it into a template, has it approved and dresses it in your brand.
A proposal that has proven itself becomes a template
Win a proposal once, and the whole team can use it. Cuevr keeps the proposal that has proven itself as a template, whole or as a reusable section (an offer, a method, the team), filed by tags.
Everyone finds the right starting point among the shared templates, their own and Cuevr’s reference templates, which are read-only.

The initial assessment, the team, the schedule, the investment: you rewrite the same proposal sections every time. Cuevr keeps them as components you assemble.
In a template, a variable zone offers filtered components, to pick one or several, and a fixed component, with no instruction to fill in, uses no Cuevr AI credit.

A template that ignores the client soon sounds like copy-paste. In the template, instructions in square brackets say what changes from one client to the next.
When the proposal is created, Cuevr AI fills in the open instructions; the rep edits everything by hand and checks the client, the qualification, the figures and the commitments.

Writing in detailTemplate · Sales programShared with the whole team, once approved
When everyone edits the team’s template, nobody knows which version to send. By default, the owner or an admin approves or rejects the author’s sharing request.
As long as approval is required, a member’s edit becomes a new version to approve: the team always starts from the approved version.

Two proposals from the same team that look nothing alike, and the prospect wonders who they’re dealing with. An owner or an admin sets the brand once (colors, fonts, logo, cover): every proposal picks it up, whichever rep sends it.
The knowledge base is shared: members browse it, and Cuevr AI writes for each of them with the same proof.

Your visual identityClear roles, a Team view for the manager
Where does the team stand this week? The owner and admins have the Team view: pipeline, team performance, points of attention per rep, templates to approve.
A member creates and sends their proposals, an admin manages the subscription and the members. A deal with several people opens up to one specific colleague.

Frequently asked questions
How do you bring a sales team’s proposals into line?
By everyone starting from the same foundations. In Cuevr, proposals that have proven themselves become templates shared across the organization, by default after approval from an owner or an admin. The sections that keep coming back (the offer, the method, the team, the investment) become reusable components, the organization’s brand applies to every proposal, and each rep then adapts the template to their client.
Who can share a template with the whole team?
A template doesn’t become the team’s on a whim: only the author requests sharing, and the request waits for approval from the owner or an admin, who approves or rejects it. The author or a manager can withdraw it. Approval is on by default, and the owner or an admin can adjust this setting. A member sees Cuevr templates, the organization’s shared templates and their own.
What happens when someone edits a template that is already shared?
The team doesn’t lose its foundation. If approval is required, a member’s edit to a shared template becomes a new version to approve, and the old one stays in circulation until it’s approved. A rejection or a withdrawn request also leaves the published version in place: the team keeps starting from the approved version.
Does Cuevr offer proposal templates to download?
No. Cuevr has no public template library to download: what works is what has proven itself at your company. In the app, Cuevr templates serve as a read-only reference; yours come from your own proposals and sections, and you share them with your organization.
Does using a template use Cuevr AI credits?
Choosing a template’s components assembles the proposal without calling on Cuevr AI, and a fixed component, with no instruction to fill in, uses no credit. Reusing the fixed content in your templates is therefore the right way to save your credits.
The subscription includes 1,500 Cuevr AI credits per user per month, shared across the whole organization. An owner or an admin tracks usage by member, with no individual quota.
What does the team manager see?
The manager sees their team from one place: the owner and admins have the Team view of the dashboard, with the team pipeline, collective performance and the breakdown by member, the signals that need their attention (signatures, rejections, inactive deals, never opened or to close) and the templates to approve. They also see members’ private templates. A member doesn’t see this view.
Can several reps work on the same proposal?
Yes. A deal with several people is worked by several people: collaboration on the deal gives a member specific access. They read and edit the qualification, the plan and the content, without publishing, managing the deal or seeing analytics through that right alone. Cuevr rejects an edit made on an outdated version. Whether presence and each person’s contributions are shown depends on collaboration being enabled.
What happens to the proposals and templates of a rep who leaves the team?
Their work stays with you. When the owner or an admin removes a member from the organization, their proposals and templates are transferred to the owner, who remains the one and only.
